Summary:
I wish that my children’s children will inherit a world with wonders such as the Weaver Creek salmon run.

Submission:
As a child, my parents took me to Weaver Creek to see the salmon run, words cannot describe how those fish reflected in my young eyes.
I have recently taken my small son there, and wish, like every other Canadian — even the ones doing the damage and turning a blind eye — that his children’s children will inherit a world with such wonder.
