Make the provincial government stop inserting culverts into salmon-bearing streams to build the South Fraser Perimeter Road.

Dear Cohen Commission People,
Please consider the fact that as I write you, the B.C. Provincial government is disrupting Salmon bearing streams in North Delta and Surrey. They are pushing through the South Fraser Perimeter Road (read four lane highway) even while we have a court challenge with them, i.e. acting in bad faith.
Their environmental protection aspect was to build bridges over salmon bearing streams, now in August and September they have gone the cheaper (read more dangerous route) and are inserting culverts into the streams instead, during spawning season!!! Please make them stop as our courts are not helping!
