What is the relationship between Management Adjustment for Fraser sockeye and Management Adjustment applied to other salmon species co-migrating within the same environmental conditions?

It may be a lack of diligence on my part, could someone explain the relationship between , MA’s for FRASER SOCKEYE and the MA’s applied to other salmon species co-migrating within the same environmental conditions?

Pinks, or Chinook for example.

Are the same constraints applicable ?

Explain in laymans terms if I am right, or wrong!
