Submission:
DFO has a conflict of interest in managing risks to Pacific Fisheries and salmon aquaculture. Please recommend improved strategic management by DFO. Aquaculture related pathogens adversely affect wild salmon. It is not just science, it is common sense. Please allow the leaked 2004 DFO draft manuscript to be submitted showing ISA was identified eight years ago in Coho, Pink and Sockeye by the DFO itself.
