Submission:
Dear Cohen Commission,
I have been following the decline of the Fraser sockeye for years now. I am not a scientist, but it seems to be very clear, especially since more information has become available during the Cohen Commission, that there is a very strong chance that the decline of the Fraser sockeye is being caused by fish farms on the sockeye migration route. We can not afford to risk wild salmon in favor of farmed. Even if it can not be definitively proved that farmed salmon are the source of the problem, we need to proceed with caution and remove what strongly appears to be the problem from the ocean.
Thank You,
Edward Colberg
