Summary:

The commission should decide whether it is relevant to its mandate to address issues related to the ownership of commercial fishing vessels.

Submission:

I own 49% of the gillnet vessel C.F.V.,24885,

M.V. Karen Ann ll.

As it is a registered vessel the Crown owns the 51% majority ownership.

Why should this be so ?



Is it of relevance to this commissions mandate?

This is not for me to deceide, is it of importance ?

This is for each to decide for themselves.
