Summary:
The loss of BC’s wild salmon would be a major tragedy for the province, Canada and the world. The commission should do the right thing and recommend that fish feedlots be shut down.

Submission:
I have been following newspaper and radio reports regarding the problems of diseased BC salmon and the many concerns regarding the fish feedlot operations and I urge the commision to do the right thing and do it quickly, shut down the fish farms before it’s too late.
Here in Switzerland attemps are being made to reintroduce migrating Salmon to the Rhein river, decades too late, I hope that the next generation of Canadians will not be faced with trying to do the same on the mighty Frazier.
The loss of BC’s wild salmon would be a major tragedy for the province, for Canada and the the world.
Please do the right thing shut the fish feedlots down.
